Payment policies, deposits, and cancellation requirements are designed to protect both our clients and our ability to reserve time for your pets.
Deposit Policy:
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure overnight services. Deposits may be paid electronically or in cash prior to/ or at the scheduled meet & greet. This deposit will be applied toward your total service balance. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.. Cancellations made with sufficient notice may qualify for partial or full refunds depending on the reservation type and timing. Last-minute cancellations, shortened reservations, holiday bookings, and early returns may not qualify for refunds.
Because reserved time is held specifically for your pets, cancellations and refunds will be evaluated according to the timing of cancellation and service type. Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or extraordinary circumstances at our discretion.
